COVID19 reporting and contacts over the Easter holiday
Please remember, you need to inform school if your child has tested positive for Covid-19. This is still the case during the Christmas holiday.
If your child shows symptoms of Covid-19 within 48 hours of last being in school, you should report this to school immediately by emailing email@example.com or calling 07709 772831 and leaving a voice mail. You must seek a test as soon as possible and inform the school of the result, as soon as you receive it, even if the result is negative. Again, you can do this by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org or calling 07709 772831 and leaving a voice mail.
If your child tests positive for Covid-19 having shown symptoms within 48 hours of last being in school, we need to be informed immediately and one of our team will be on hand to notify any other pupils in your child's bubble and their families so they can self-isolate for ten days.
It is vital you tell us about positive tests so we can help prevent the spread of coronavirus in our community. This is particularly important if your child develops symptoms within 48 hours of last being in school.
If a pupil develops symptoms after 48 hours of last being in school and then tests positive then contact tracing should be picked up by the NHS Test and Trace Service.
PLEASE NOTE: We ask that you keep us informed, via the school email email@example.com, of any positive cases of COVID-19 confirmed during the Easter Holiday.
