Arts and Enquiry Week – "There's Only One You"

Our Arts and Enquiry Week was a celebration of creativity, individuality, and diversity, centred around the inspiring theme: "There's Only One You." Miss Ainsworth launched the week with a surprise assembly, unveiling our school-wide focus on the amazing qualities that make each of us unique.

Throughout the week, we used the arts as a powerful tool to express our learning and personal identities. A beautiful book in each of our classrooms served as the spark for our ideas and discussions, helping us reflect on what makes each of us special.

Each class took on creative challenges: we learned and performed class poems, created and performed raps, and produced stunning pieces of visual artwork. As a school, we came together for exciting collaborative events, including our very first whole school music parade and the energetic Bash Your Trash activity—making music using recycled objects!

It was a fabulous week full of creativity, expression, and joyful engagement in the arts. Most importantly, it reminded us all that there's truly only one you—and that's something worth celebrating.
